EchoStar, a Fortune 500 company, has utilized Decentrix products and consulting services to implement robust and innovative ecommerce initiatives. The complex and ever changing nature of the satellite television business and the fast changing pace of online ecommerce required a very fast response to website promotions encompassing Brand, Legal, Marketing and Sales issues. Their primary ecommerce initiative on their DISHTV website utilizes our patented DWS technology, NetAnalytix, Order Entry processing and operates from our hosted ecommerce infrastructure. Along with their corporate sites, we have also been providing several hundred sites to their retailer distribution network for more than four (4) years. They subsequently also engaged Decentrix to implement the ecommerce initiative for the new PocketDISH TV/Video, Music, Game and Photo device. The Decentrix solutions involve managing telemarketing applications, analytics for site visitor behavior, order processing, merchant card processing and backend fulfillment management.
